Child Social Skills Groups

Peers are an important influence over a child’s social and emotional development, as well as their identity.

Group therapy is a helpful resource to provide developmentally appropriate social and emotional learning in a therapeutic environment.  Our Child Social Skills Group is meant for children ages 6-12, and provide a safe space for children to learn and practice effective communication, pro-social skills, empathy, collaboration and problem-solving, and to receive important feedback from their peers.

This group can help children who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties, such as Autism, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, academic problems, low self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma.
