Women’s Mindfulness and Self-Care Group


This group is for women who are seeking more balance and harmony in their life, incorporating mindfulness practices and self-care skills. 

Mindfulness is about paying attention to the present moment, without judgment.  We utilize evidence-based practices associated with mindfulness and meditation for stress reduction and emotional healing.  Typical practices include breathing meditations, body scan, loving-kindness, mindful eating, visualizations, and how to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life

Self-care focuses on

processing everyday life stressors and developing skills to better manage those stressors and building supportive connections with other group members.
